These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SOKO MOCKUPS website and the digital products offered therein. By purchasing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.



1. Company Information

SOKO MOCKUPS LTD ("SOKO", "we", "us", or "our") is a provider of digital mockup files intended for creative professionals. Our website, services, and products are offered under these legally binding Terms.


2. User Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts to use our services. Account registration is optional but allows access to your download history. You are responsible for all activity associated with your account and must maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.


3. Product Nature and Delivery

All products sold by SOKO are intangible, digital goods delivered electronically. Upon successful payment, you will receive download access via a secure link. No physical products will be shipped.


4. Payment Terms

Payments are accepted through authorized third-party processors. All prices are stated in US Dollars and include applicable taxes unless otherwise noted. The final amount due, including any taxes or fees, will be displayed during checkout.


5. Refund Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable due to the digital nature of the products. By completing a purchase, you expressly waive your right to withdraw once the download begins.


Exceptions:

We may consider limited refunds at our sole discretion if:


  • A file is corrupted or inaccessible.

  • A duplicate purchase was made.


To be eligible, you must contact support@sokomockups.com within 2 days of purchase. Resolutions may include reissuing download access, product replacement, or refund.


6. License Terms

6.1 Standard License

Permitted:


  • Use in personal projects, portfolios, internal presentations, and organic social media posts.

  • Presentation to clients without sharing source files.


Prohibited:


  • Commercial use, paid advertisements, merchandise, outdoor advertising, or resale.

  • Sharing of source files (e.g. PSD) with clients or third parties.


Eligibility:


  • Freelancers, individuals, or studios with up to 3 team members.

  • Term:

  • Perpetual, for non-commercial use.


6.2 Commercial License

Permitted:


  • Use in commercial campaigns, e-commerce, branding, print and digital advertising, packaging, and client work (for a single project).

  • Internal sharing within teams (up to 20 members).

  • Up to 100,000 physical/digital reproductions.

  • Unlimited ad impressions and print runs.


Prohibited:


  • Reselling, sublicensing, or distributing source files.

  • Use in design templates or marketplaces.


Eligibility:


  • Businesses, agencies, or creatives working on commercial deliverables.

  • Term:

  • Perpetual, restricted to one client project or campaign.


7. Intellectual Property

All mockups and associated assets are the intellectual property of SOKO Mockups. No ownership rights are transferred through purchase. Licenses grant limited, revocable rights to use assets under the selected terms.


8. Restrictions

You agree not to:


  • Copy, modify, distribute, or exploit the mockups beyond the license scope;

  • Use SOKO assets to train AI models, or include them in design libraries, generators, or template kits;

  • Transfer license rights to third parties.


Violation of these restrictions may result in legal action and revocation of usage rights.


9. Limitation of Liability

SOKO Mockups shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid.


10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our products or services if you breach these Terms. In such cases, no refund or compensation will be provided.


11. Amendments

SOKO reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will take effect upon publication. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.


12.Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively by the competent courts of Tbilisi, Georgia.
